Process starts with calling OsterCraft and then we’ll walk you through the following steps:

    • Land – We’ll build on your land, our land, or help you find the perfect the spot.
    • Plans – We can help you with stock plans or design that special one off plan that fits you just perfect.
    • Financing – It’s not much different than purchasing an existing home. We have lenders ready and able to discuss your project. Ask us how it works.
    • Selections – This is truly one of the greatest things about building your own home. The selections are you; we just help you out a bit. We provide you with our ward winning interior designer to help you make your selections and work with you along the way. She will be with you from concept, to coordination, and be there to help see your vision come to fruition.

Common Myths:

    • Custom is costly. Of course it can be, but that’s up to you. Our web based construction organizer has your financials on your home page at all times. You’ll always know where you are at financially on an OsterCraft Home. If you save on a selection you’ll see it. If you decide to splurge on an upgrade, you’ll know how much it will cost before you decide and see the impact on your budget.
    • Building a home is time consuming and challenging. Our processes have simplified building with your time in mind. We won’t ask for much more of your time to make selections than a semi custom or track builder. We are just going to give you more options. We are able to finalize all of your selections through our web based construction organizer too. So you are able to finalize those selections at home, work on vacation if you so choose.
